Trouble logging in: resetting your passwordUpdated a year ago

If you're having trouble logging in, it could be the result of the following.


1. You recently signed up minutes ago.

2. You've been signed up with us and are having password difficulty.



If you're just recently signed up, give it a few minutes for your account to be fully set up and try back a little later. If that still doesn't work, try a password reset.


To reset your password, go to our members portal and click on 'Forgot your Password?'






From there, enter your e-mail address and click on 'Reset my Password'


You should get a link sent to you for a password reset. Make sure you are using the e-mail address that is registered to your membership.
