A Comprehensive Guide to Configuring Shipping and Preferences for Vendors
Here's how to set up your shipping:
1. From your Vendor Dashboard, navigate to the "Settings" section of the platform.
2. Click on the "Manage Shipping (1)" button if this is your first time setting it up. If you are editing your shipping options, click on "Manage Table Rate Shipping (2)".
4. Enter a Zone name (1) and select the country of your configuration. For our example, it's United States (2) Click "Save" after completing the shipping zone configuration.
5. Click "+ Add rate" to add a new shipping rate for customers in the zone to complete checkout.
6. Fill in the fields with the necessary information such as rate name, price, and weight range. You can label the estimated transit time. For example, Standard delivery (1 package) 5-7 business days
Important Terminologies you must know:
Lead Time - Processing time from when it was placed until it is shipped out.
Transit Time - Time it takes to reach recipient after being picked up by the carrier.
7. Click "Save" after completing the shipping rate configuration.
Please remember to keep your store profile updated with the correct lead time and shipping policy information. To update this information, navigate to the "Store profile (1)" section and click the "Edit (2)" button in the top right corner of the page.

- Importers are in charge of the brands and must make shipping arrangements. (Vendors may be importers or work with co-packers and don't actually stock inventory).
- You could also store your inventory with Amazon and ship it FBA.
