Add Products in Bulk Using a Preformatted CSV File for the Greendropship Vendor Marketplace
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add products in bulk using a CSV file:
1.) Navigate to the Listings page.
2.) On the top of the page, click "Import CSV".
3.) Before uploading your CSV file, click the "Guidelines" link on the right side of the screen to learn more about the guidelines for CSV upload. Download our sample CSV file found on the lower part of the page and use this as a template.
4.) Upload the configured CSV file (1) and the Zip file (2) by clicking on the Select from device button. Zip File (2) is a ZIPPED file of images for the Product images (3) that have the same file names of COLUMN P of the CSV file (4)
To check for problems, click the "Check" button in the lower right corner of the page. Examine the report for any potential errors that may have been found if the import would fail. Before continuing, make sure to fix any mistakes in the CSV file.
5.) If the file is free of errors, click the "Import" button in the lower right corner of the page. Watch for the CSV file to be processed by the system. Depending on the quantity of products you are uploading, this can take a while. Check your Listings Page after the procedure is finished to make sure all the products have been successfully uploaded.
