FedEx SameDay Courier Service

 

We've partnered with FedEx to provide delivery service to the Los Angeles area using FedEx's SameDay City Service. As our trusted shipping partner, FedEx will be providing their couriers to get your packages delivered across town during the same day and in some cases for less than the cost of traditional ground shipping.

 

SameDay City Economy - End of Day Delivery

FedEx SameDay City Economy allows you to get packages delivered to your customers by the end of the day. For same day delivery, your orders must be placed by a specific cutoff time during normal business hours. 

 

Available for Select Products

Same Day Delivery is valid on select products from our Los Angeles facility which are ready to ship that same day. The products are listed in our datafeed and can be found on our member dashboard.

 

White Glove Service

Each shipment is handled with extreme care and requires little to no packing material.  The FedEx Couriers pick up the packages and carefully place them within their vehicles. The packages are then organized and combined with other packages along the route. to ensure delivery by the end of the day. As a premium service, the packages are handled with extreme care and gently delivered to the recipient.

 

Customer Notifications

Your customer is notified by SMS of their status every step of the way. Your customer will know when the package is ready for the FedEx pickup, when it has been picked up and when its nearby to be delivered. Your customer will stay completely informed on the status of their order. To activate this feature, simply input the customer's mobile phone number. Please note: text messaging and data fees may apply.

 

End of Day Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on whether its a commercial or residential delivery.

Residential: Packages Delivered no Later than 7 p.m.

Commercial: Packages Delivered no Later than 4 p.m.

Shipping Price: $15 (up to 50 lbs)

Flat Rate Shipping is only $15 for a single piece shipment up to 50 lbs. A single piece shipment is any order that can be combined in one package where the combined weight will not exceed 50 pounds. 

A $3 surcharge will apply to multi-piece shipments.

Where the total order weighs over 50 lbs,  a $0.50 surcharge per pound applies.
