If you were adding products to your Shopify store through our Product Data Feeds prior to installing the GreenDropShip app, it's important to know how to manage those products.
Do I get Inventory Updates for Products I Added via the Data Feeds?
You can only get inventory updates for products you added using the GreenDropShip app.
If you imported products to Shopify using the Product Data Feeds within our
members' portal, those products will NOT get synced in the GreenDropShip app. This means that you won't see the stock level and pricing updates for these products.
To get the inventory updates for products previously added via the Data Feeds, you need to:
1. Delete from your store the products added through the Data Feeds
2. Add the products back through the GreenDropShip App
Can I Track Orders in the App for Products Added via the Data Feeds?
No, the GreenDropShip app only allows you to manage orders for products that you added using the app.
To manage orders for products you added via the Data Feeds file, you need to:
1. Delete from your store the products added through the Data Feeds
2. Add the products back through the GreenDropShip App
